Day 1 Totaranui to Awaroa (6 miles/10 kms)
Cruise by boat along the stunning coastline to
Totaranui and begin this popular guided walk through
Abel Tasman National Park, exploring the northern
highlights. Spend the night at the charming
Meadowbank Homestead Lodge.

Day 2 Awaroa to Torrent Bay (10 miles/16 kms)
Walk through native forests, past headlands, through
estuaries and onto golden beaches. Enjoy a leisurely
lunch at Bark Bay with time to swim in the crystal
waters of the lagoon, before arriving at Torrent Bay
Lodge where afternoon tea awaits you.
Day 3 Torrent Bay to Marahau (8 miles/13 kms)
The final section of the track boasts many beautiful
little bays and provides lovely views. Stop for lunch in
one of the bays before walking the last leg to Marahau
where a coach awaits for your transfer back to Nelson
