This trip is for the more adventurous; 2 days of hard trekking brings you to the summit of Borneo’s highest peak, Mount Kinabalu. On clear mornings, stunning sunrise views will live on in the memory long after the muscle aches have gone!

Itinerary
Day 1 Kota Kinabalu to Kinabalu National Park
Drive along the Croker Range to Kinabalu Park for a guided walk along the forest trails and a visit to the mountain gardens, home to many unique species of flora. Learn more about the park with an informative slide show before a further chance to explore.
Day 2 Kinabalu National Park
After breakfast, meet your mountain guide at the Park HQ before proceeding to the summit trail. Climb through tropical and sub alpine forest to the mountain lodge and relax for the rest of the day.
Day 3 Mount Kinabalu to Kota Kinabalu
Rise at 3am and proceed by torchlight to the summit for sunrise before returning to Laban Rata for breakfast. Descend to the Park HQ for lunch before driving back to your hotel.
